Camila Bortoleto - Framingham Staff of the Year
Although her official title is Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant at the Framingham Club, Camila Bortoleto is so much more than that. To staff, youth, and families alike, Camila is a source of warmth, support, and steady guidance—often described as a mother-figure within the Club community. She plays a vital role in making sure every family feels welcome, valued, and connected.
Camila brings a spirit of innovation to everything she does. Whether it’s introducing more efficient systems or helping her team stay on budget, she’s always looking for ways to help the Club run smarter and smoother. Her leadership behind the scenes has a daily impact on the success of the Club’s programs and culture.
A proud Brazilian immigrant, Camila first began learning English by watching Elvis Presley movies—and continues to sharpen her language skills every day through her work at the Club. She embraces every opportunity for growth and connection, and her journey is a reflection of the very mission the Club stands for.
When asked what the Club means to her, Camila shared: “The Club means opportunity—not just for me, but for anyone who has the privilege of working, being a member, or volunteering here. It’s a special place. The Club opened its doors to me when I had only been in the U.S. for six months, giving me a job where I could improve my English, learn about the culture of the country I’ve always dreamed of living in, and discover new passions like working with children and teens. I love working at the Club—helping people makes me happier and more fulfilled, both personally and professionally.”
Camila’s dedication, warmth, and belief in the power of opportunity have left a permanent mark on the Framingham Club.
