15th Annual Bids For Kids Auction & Gala 

DATE: November 5th 

TIME: Pre-Show: 5:30 PM. 

Live Event: 6:00 -6:45 P.M.

LOCATION: Virtually anywhere! 


Although we are unable to meet in person this year, we will still be celebrating the Clubs, our youth, and the supporters who do so much for the community. This year, we invite you to join us for a very special virtual experience. Dress up or dress down. Pour yourself a cocktail or a mocktail. On this special night, we will come together across the MetroWest community to celebrate and support our Club kids.

We can’t wait for you to tune in on November 5th!

Ticket Options 

Only 1 ticket per household/viewing location is needed

Basic ticket: $25

This ticket provides the online link to attend the Gala. You will also receive a program book via mail before the event. 

upgraded Ticket: $50

This ticket provides a Basic ticket as well as a “Swag Bag”* with exclusive BGCMW merchandise to use while you watch the event. 

VIP Ticket: $100

This ticket provides an Upgraded ticket as well as a meal certificate to a local restaurant. You also get exclusive access to VIP content before the event.  

VIP Table: $500

The VIP Table includes 5 VIP tickets as well as a sponsorship opportunity for the event.


**Swag Bags will need to either be picked up at our Marlborough Clubhouse or local delivery will be available. If you live outside of the MetroWest area, your Swag Bag will be mailed.**
