Chris has been working for the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest since 1994 and has played a key role in the organization’s growth from a small non-profit to an organization serving over 3,200 youth in three communities. Chris has developed quality, sustainable operations that deliver the philosophy of the Boys & Girls Clubs – helping every child reach his or her full potential. Chris oversaw the nearly $1 Million renovation of the organization’s Framingham Clubhouse in 2008.
In addition to her unwavering commitment to the Boys & Girls Clubs mission, Chris continues to be involved with many groups throughout the community. She is on the Partnerships for a Skilled Workforce Young Adult Initiative Board, a member of the Framingham Community Partnership, Marlborough School Health Advisory Council, and the Framingham Youth Development Collaborative. Chris holds a B.S. in Physical Education and a M.ED. in Counseling Psychology.

Lea Minghella joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest in July 2020 as the Director of Finance & Benefits Administration. Lea works with the President & CEO and oversees all financial activity and employee benefits for our three Clubhouses located in Framingham, Hudson, and Marlborough. Prior to joining the Boys & Girls Clubs, Lea was a Business Manager at a midsize Automotive Company for over 11 years. She has managed the finances for multiple locations, departments, as well as real estate holdings. Lea also has extensive long term community volunteer and fundraising experience with the Pop Warner program and the Parents Association at Minuteman Technical High School. Lea and her husband moved to Marlborough in 2018 and are enjoying their new home and community with their three teenagers and three pups.

Laura Terzigni joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest in October 2018 as the Director of Resource Development. Laura manages and builds strategic partnerships with community members to create sustainable funding sources for our organization. Laura works closely with the entire Resource Development team to oversee fundraising campaigns, events, and community relationships. Laura’s passion for the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest stems from her stint as a summer camp staff member while she was in college. Prior to relocating back to Massachusetts, Laura worked for the American Heart Association as an event manager and fundraiser, as well as a program manager, in North Carolina.
Laura holds a B.A. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from High Point University and a Masters in Public Administration, with a focus in nonprofit management, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Steve Zepf has been working for the Boys and Girls Clubs of MetroWest since 1999. Growing up in Saratoga Springs, NY, Steve spent much of his high school and college years working part-time with youth. Steve relocated to the Boston area for graduate school in 1994, and after two years in the corporate world, he felt the need to return to his passion for working with children and families. Steve started his career with the clubs as the school-age coordinator overseeing the licensed child care programs. During his tenure, he has held many different titles at the Boys and Girls Clubs, including Education Coordinator and Unit Director for the Marlborough and Hudson Clubs.
In addition to his steadfast commitment to the Boys & Girls Clubs mission, Steve continues to be involved with many groups throughout the community. He is on the Hudson School Wellness Advisory Council, Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition, Caring Adults Action committee, and The Human Services Coalition Committee. Steve has a B.A. in Government from Skidmore College and a Masters in International Relations from Northeastern University.
