Chris has been working for the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest since 1994 and has played a key role in the organization’s growth from a small non-profit to an organization serving over 3,200 youth in three communities. Chris has developed quality, sustainable operations that deliver the philosophy of the Boys & Girls Clubs – helping every child reach his or her full potential. Chris oversaw the nearly $1 Million renovation of the organization’s Framingham Clubhouse in 2008.

In addition to her unwavering commitment to the Boys & Girls Clubs mission, Chris continues to be involved with many groups throughout the community. She is on the Partnerships for a Skilled Workforce Young Adult Initiative Board, a member of the Framingham Community Partnership, Marlborough School Health Advisory Council, and the Framingham Youth Development Collaborative. Chris holds a B.S. in Physical Education and a M.ED. in Counseling Psychology.

Heather Feinberg joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest in January 2015 as the Director of Finance & Benefits Administration. Heather works with the President & CEO and oversees all financial activity and employee benefits for our three Clubhouses located in Framingham, Hudson and Marlborough. Prior to joining the Boys & Girls Clubs, Heather was a professional in the financial industry for almost 20 years working with Arthur Anderson LLP, Tanager Financial Services and Wells Fargo Bank’s Abbot Downing Division. To stay connected with her accounting roots while with Wells Fargo, Heather managed bookkeeping, administrative and compliance functions for many of her client’s small businesses (5-18M) and private family foundations (1-25M) along with administrating their normal wealth management services. Heather, her husband Jeff and son Josh have been residents of Hudson since 1997.

Laura May joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest in October 2018 as the Director of Resource Development. Laura manages and builds strategic partnerships with community members to create sustainable funding sources for our organization. Laura works closely with the entire Resource Development team to oversee fundraising campaigns, events, and community relationships. Laura’s passion for the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest stems from her stint as a summer camp staff member while she was in college. Prior to relocating back to Massachusetts, Laura worked for the American Heart Association as an event manager and fundraiser, as well as a program manager, in North Carolina.

Laura holds a B.A. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from High Point University and a Masters in Public Administration, with a focus in nonprofit management, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Patty Miele joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest in January 2000 as Executive Assistant to the President. In 2005, she took on the role of Resource Development Assistant, working simultaneously on projects for the Club President and projects in the Resource Development department. Prior to her position with the Club, Patty was the Administrative Assistant at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Marlborough for 17 years. With over 30 years of non-profit experience, Patty has brought her expertise to the Club – working on a number of high-end projects including: the Hudson Clubhouse’s Capital Campaign in 2003, the Club’s Annual Bids for Kids Auction & Gala, and the Club’s current Capital Operations Campaign to renovate the Marlborough Clubhouse. In her spare time, Patty manages her family’s business, Miele Realty.
